I believe she is guilty. But I’m just trying to figure out the psychology of Ashley. Did she marry him solely for money? If so why did she initially want this ballet company then abandon so fast? Why was she so anxious to have a baby by him at same time then just leave? Was she hoping for child support? If so why didn’t she involve him in the birth? Why did it seem like she just wanted him completely out of her life? What was her gain?

He likely regrets that comment about her marrying wrong benefield as we know what that meant! It’s pretty awkward and forward but it’s his generation. Defense Lawyer didn’t need to use that to discredit the witness! Highly unprofessional!

The only creep in this courtroom is her defence laywer. He has angry issues and the looks on his face sometimes actually scare me. Also the defendant is guilty imo.
