Sometimes in deep meditation, everything is suddenly filled with a bright white light and becomes incredibly calm. Everyone has that in him/herself!

Jesus said "I am the Light of the world" and "You are the Light of the world" and He also said "I and the Father {God} are one." Indeed, we are one with God as the ray of light is one with the sun.

One by one we awaken, collectively we prevail, we are the light, we are one.

I am forever grateful, my life is magical and mysterious, thank you for being such a huge part in my growth as human being. God sent me a rainbow on the 11th of July Looking up into the sky - a crow comes flying by I want to take a photo but He had planned it to the T My phone simply freezes. Why? In the moment I should be. Standing stil and taking in the grace that he supplies And in that silence the only sound a fish-eagle’s cries How blessed I am to understand the beauty nature brings Just look inside thats where you”ll find the answer to all things A moment spent in silence, some may call a prayer It opens up a doorway to the heavens stair But in that moment do not speak do not even think Just enjoy serenity, this is a secret link Please sit down and close your eyes, forget what you are seeing Turn off the mind and remember it ‘s all within just being 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

When it happens to you. You experience entire "SELF" as "ALL" and alot of information comes in overstanding what is known as self. It's like a cosmic awareness becomes you. As you are the "SELF" Other's is I-llusion. No such thing as others. Only extention of self which is part of a bigger whole "SELF". "awareness as §ol-ar conciousness" Cosmic earthly consciousness = "ONE" "u n i verse" The known but not known life's mystery. If it was known it could be explained. The tool of intellect can only elude to this fact of life. One can only know by experiencing.❤ thank you Mr. Tolle 🙏 you have helped me overstand what happened to me years ago.

Eckhart, I don't always comment. I treasure individuals like you who share truth and insight. Below, in quotes, are your words that I find gently powerful. Those who have ears to hear, let us hear. "Without Consciousness, there's no world." "The universe is conscious." I call it Universal Intelligence. There's an intelligence at work microcosmically and macrocosmically. "There is one Consciousness." "The light of Consciousness" cannot be observed "because it is the eternal mystery." We are "emanations" of light, of Source. The Gnostic writings also use the word "emanations" to describe this same idea. "You are what you are looking for."

I remember when I was around 7 or 8 years old, I developed this thought or belief that when we are born into this world, we fall into a deep sleep, and our whole life, everything we experience we actually dream in our dream. When we wake up, is when we die and transfer into another world. When I was younger I thought “dying” meant stop living- in the context of the above statement- but now, I think what popped up in my head as a though many moons ago, “dying” means awakening. For years I had this thought in the back of my head and could never make sense of it. I even wrote an essay on it for school in grade 9 or 10, but my teacher did not believe that that was my thought or personal concept. Anyway, long story short, every time I hear Eckhart say “dreaming, dreamer, ...” that original thought pops up in my head, and I get the feeling that it is trying to tell me something, to show me something, but I fail to recognize its meaning every time. Any thoughts? Any light on the matter? I keep feeling as if I am missing the point of my own self!
