I made this compilation of Taylor talking about songs she wrote for her albums she's made this year to showcase how talented and brilliant her mind is and also to help you understand the meaning behind each song a little better. Hope you enjoy it. Merry Christmas to all of you, have the happiest holidays. Take care, I love you. xxx

she is born to be a star, i feel honered to live in a world she exists.
  • She is hands down the greatest songwriter of our generation. I can't believe that for years interviewers would just ask her about bs like her love life and stuff and not ask her about her songwriting process and melodies.
  • she's a dreamer. the way she dreams up scenarios just by listening to the chords and instrumentals is genuise.

Imagine being a word and Taylor Swift likes how you "look"
  • I love listening to her process. It's like getting a tiny glimpse into the mastermind.

She’s a storyteller. It comes so easy to her. She’ll probably write a couple of books someday

this man did this.. this woman did this.. then they met.. AND THEIR KID WAS ME!
  • Her vocabulary is so advanced Edit: this comment was a compliment, you probably couldn’t tell because I put no emojis. This comment was not meant to imply that me or others are dumb and need an education. Our level of English is determined by our interest in the language. There is absolutely no need to get fired up in the sub-comment section. also we all know the education system is f*cked, Taylor expanded her vernacular through interest in poetry and literature. College didn’t do anything for her it was all on her own. Thanks for reading

People: "Taylor Swift is so simplistic and there are no layers to her songwriting" Taylor:

"They just hang there and everytime they break, it entertains us." 💔💔💔

5:44: "we have mirrorballs in the middle of a dance floor because they reflect light. they are broken a million times and that's what makes them so shiny. we have people like that in society, too. they hang there, and everytime they break, it entertains us." that hit me like a ton of bricks, and now i'm crying 🥲

I’ve learned more vocabulary from Taylor Swift than from school.
  • She looks forward to hearing us all singing the bridge to champagne problems? I look forward to singing it!!

Taylor is the Queen of the kingdom called "Song Writting"♥️✨🌠
  • She's so beautiful with her perfect songs and perfect-er bridges. I was ADDCITED to folklore and now I'm addicted to both folklore and evermore. Every song just feels like the first snow of winter and it's just wonderful.

It's interesting that she said she wanted 'Folklore' to represent spring and summer because that album feels very autumn to me. It's part of why I love it so much.
