- Did the Secret Service follow standard protocols for securing an event of this magnitude, incl. a multi-tiered security setup with access restrictions? Secret Service's communication and advanced planning has to be viewed by congress to verify this. - Were potential enemy sniper positions identified, designated and properly guarded? - Did the Secret Service direct local law enforcement to guard all of their pre-designated potential enemy sniper positions / danger areas? If not, why? - Did the temperature affect anyone's decisions, and if so who and how?
