Those big, red balls in front of many Target stores are called bollards, and they are there for customers' safety. By placing the two-ton concrete balls at the storefront, it makes it harder for cars to drive onto the curb and through the doors...the more standard shape of bollard is cylindrical, Target made them round for branding...🌈🙌🏼

If you could just walk 30 mins 4-5 times a week you'll feel better with all that back pain & any other pain. The body needs exercise as we age bc it helps us stay young longer. So the younger you start it helps with so many problems that come with age in the body.

The red balls are there to deter criminals from speed ramming cars into the front of shop doors and windows. That is why you see a lot of cement pot plants etc placed in strategic areas in front of shops.

I think if you (take time on it no rush) made a video making amends for to the drama/hurt you’ve caused in the past, you can free yourself and others from holding on to them. And I think people would embrace it with a lot of love and forgiveness

Bringing awareness to this kind of therapy is going to help so many people. I wish I truly believed her when she says she’s doing the self work. I really do want her to be her best self and maybe even mend relationships so her daughter can meet her cousins… but the truth is I just can’t trust her. I guess with time we will see. I’ve seen her do some real ugly things it’s hard to unsee them and just believe she’s truly working on herself.
