  • I thought it was universally known to never rip pages out of a book, or destroy a book. 😮
  • That router trick with a book could lead to a housefire if that router over heats …. and then you would be liable. I’m not sure that’s a great idea. Just a thought
  • That router in the book is not going to last very long because it’s going to overheat in that book! Don’t do this !

Some of the hacks hiding the routers are good ideas but however those devices heat up and need ventilation to keep them cool and last longer… especially the book one that could possibly be a fire hazard ⚠️

The desk cover would look better cut to the desk size instead of extending to the wall.

The cutting board screen is a wonderful idea. I have been playing around with the idea of making an appliance garage in the corner to hike my mixer, but this idea will be easier to do and be able to move anytime I need my mixer or to clean the countertop.

You could drill a hole through board and plastic bin, then attach knob to front with mounting screw through both board and bin for secure hold for knob rather than superglue. Nice idea.
  • Great ideas. I make woiden boxes. And put pictures or sayings on them. I can totaly use these ideas. The desk idea is cute. I use a couple desks for my sewing. I would have left the books lettering the way it is. I love old books. If i could id have a house full of them. I loved the tv box. Im so doing that. I make many cradts and art work for sale. Love the hemp oil tip for the cuting board project. I love ved the cuting board trick, id pit a cute saying or recipe on it. Ones you use alot. I have a tiny kitchen and not enough space. I hate even seeing the kettle on the countertop. Can't wait to go shopping this week. ❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me

Note: ELECTRONICS NEED AIR CIRCULATION. . They get warm in open air. HOT if enclosed. They need to breathe.

The book box idea for games is a good idea. I wouldn't do all that to decorate it. Ive got a couple games the children have ragged out the boxes and they need replacing

  • @ElsaLilly
Doesn’t your router get hot when it’s covered with that book?
  • I was about to laugh at the picture frame for the TV, but that's a pretty good idea. However, I'm not leaving my TV on to create a faux painting- electricity ain't getting any cheaper y'all!

Maybe the comments praising the video are from people who just got ideas from this with their own way of doing them that would work better. I tend to do that with recipes - tweak them to fit my family's tastes.
