    It's not even about women being helped but it's the fact that the society has segregated a lot of these things over time and said some things are "MADE FOR MEN", so obviously you’ll find more men in the pews supporting the sports. Give birth to a twin and buy a ball for the boy and a Barbie with hair for the girl to plait then wonder why the men love football more than women??? Same way men are just gradually going into the culinary world which is something that has been attributed as a woman job for a while now. And no that's not the reason why women are not in leadership. WOMEN ARE AS MUCH GOOD LEADERS AS MEN ARE IF NOT BETTER LEADERS.
