I just had an absolute horror moment while camping a few weeks ago. There was his gargantuan tree a few meters away, at maybe 11pm, sitting around the fire. I start to feel uneasy like I’m being watched, when I turn to look over my shoulder caught a 3 meter tall thing peaking at us from behind a tree, it was skinny and brownish-grey and was unnaturally still. The moment I saw it the whole forest went quiet. We booked it and got a hotel 💀

One thing I hate is that last part you mentioned, how a parent would gaslight their child saying that "no honey, it's all in your head. We didn't see or hear anything." Only to find out later that they were just scared and didn't want to acknowledge you or what you were going through.

Okay the cemetery story SHOOK me! One of the most vivid dreams that I ever had that I still remember like it was yesterday even though it happened yeeeeeaaars ago was of me chasing and trying to catch up to a big black dog. It ran into this big old cemetery with a huge iron gate. As I was following the dog I pushed open the gate and cut my hand. I watched my blood drip on the ground. In the dream my first concern was tetanus because the gate was rusty, I was thinking "oh crap, when was the last time I had a tetanus shot?" Then I started seeing people walking through the cemetery that wasn't there before and somehow I just knew they were dead and I was seeing them because of something to do with cutting my hand. I literally got chills when the girl in the video mentioned the black dog. I will not be sleeping tonight.

I wonder if people DO get left in that cemetery, and so they call the cops to get out, and the cops say " didn't you listen to Patrolman Jim?" 😂

The Cemetery dog story sounds like she might have encoutered a Black Shuck, or graveyard Grim. We used to bury dogs in graveyards in the UK, because we believed the first soul in a graveyard would have to stay to protect, it so we buried a dog. They're a super common ghost here in the UK.

Chicago girl here and yes Rosehill is hunted and absolutely gorgeous. If you are in the area you should go see it. The headstones and mausoleums are works of art. One is an inspired by the pyramids of Egypt. One is made of marble and looked very Roman inspired. The first time I seen it I was in awe. I had a dream that night and was back in the cemetery. A Victorian looking couple greeted me and were so excited to tell me all about how they designed the monument and how much they paid. I wasn’t scared they were very nice and just seemed to appreciate that someone else liked their resting spot.

The house I grew up in is haunted by two family members that checked out forever in the house. A lot of paranormal activity happened and it was that house I would see the hat man. My mom would say how much I’d laugh at absolutely nothing and it looked like someone was playing with me. The aunt that passed was a loving warm energy while the uncle was more vicious. My Mexican grandma took a picture of me in my walker once on Christmas with a Polaroid camera and when the picture developed, there was a giant black mass surrounding me. And now, every time I move, something follows me

I have two of many scary stories/encounters with the paranormal. 1. So when I was an infant, we moved from a 2 bed flat to a 3 bed house, as I was the youngest at the time (of then two children) I was given the smaller of the 3 bedrooms, my mom told me that when she showed me my new room I cried saying "this a scary man there" while pointing into the room, then refusing to sleep there and instead slept on the bottom bunk of my brother's bunk beds. My mom had a priest bless the room shortly afterwards but I still refused to sleep there. (I was very young, so only vaguely remember certain parts of what happened, so some info is not 100% guaranteed to be acrute) 2. A little while after the first incident when I was around 4yrs old, I went to the local hospital to have a lump removed from my hand. I returned with "friends" or to be exact I returned with 3 ghosts, ghost A was a girl around 5-6yrs old called Hallie (or Hayley, I can't remember how it was spelt), she was always cheerful and like to play a lot, she had passed away from a sickness that her body wasn't strong enough to cope (I believe now that it might have been leukaemia or something along that lines). Ghost B was a little girl called Claire around 1-2 yrs old, she was always giggling but passed away due to failure of her heart. My mom was told by a psychologist to give me dolls to channel this two into, as a coping management. I still have these dolls in my attic at the moment, I remember saying goodbye to them when I was around 8-10 yrs old. And finally ghost C was called Narlie aged around 2 & 1/2 - 4yrs old, my mom told me that when she asked me about her I responded by saying "She died on BBQ, her skin is black and ouchy, she's in pain. They hurt her." Which freaked my mom out, but Narlie didn't stay long unlike the other two, which is why I didn't have a doll to channel her into. I believe now, that she might have been thrown into or fell onto a firepit or something similar to a BBQ structure, either accidentally or intentionally. I don't remember exactly how I met them but I'm guessing they were taken to the hospital or were at the hospital when they passed away.

The black dog in the cemetery might have been a church grim. They are spirit/fae-like entities that often haunt church and cemetery grounds as both protectors and omens. I’ve had a few runnins with church grims. As long as you have no intentions of doing damage to graves, they mostly leave you alone. Some people think that seeing one is an omen of your death but from personal experience, I think they’re just warning against being disrespectful of sacred grounds. The church grim might have been warning her not to overstay her welcome.

I'm sorry, the fact that in the first story the "entity" answered with "Demon" in the first story as their name and replied simply to all the "what's my future" questions with that word repeatedly just reminds me of the fact that ghosts, were humans too. And that ghost, for sure was just trolling. I would do the exact same thing if I was a ghost haunting ppl with an ouiji board. I'd imagine I'd be pretty bored otherwise, so why not mess with people? It's just so funny to me.
