This is the first time since Eddie has been here that he’s has right from the jump started that our focus is on trophies. I’m just happy and proud of the club’s forward development over the past few years. Looking forward to a long and hard season, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. This will be one for the ages 😎

Such a clever response from Howe. He’s made it clear here that he doesn’t want to be made to leave due to the recent technical changes to back room staff since Amanda, Merhdad and the tiny twat that shall not be named left. Howe doesn’t want to be meddled with and as long as he is happy with the setup and support, he’s our man.

Yes that’s a stay as long as he is given the freedom and is happy. Of course it’s subtle hint but why not. Paul Mitchell said on two occasions in his interview that the coach (Eddie) was one of the reasons he accepted the job. But of course there are those intellectuals who will read something else as they have done with every other thing to do with Newcastle United.
