My best advice given to me " life shits on everyone, its not just happening to you" it took a long time to sink in but when it did i finally stopped taking things so hard and started focusing on solutions instead of being stuck on the why me
  • Best advice from my Dad. I call them the 4 gifts to do every day: 1. Learn something. It exercises your brain and keeps you young. 2. Do an act of kindness. Even if it's for yourself. Truth is people are not always kind. But if you put kindness out there it gets passed on and comes back to you. 3. Forgive someone even if it's yourself. Forgiving others is not for them it's for yourself so you can move on from whatever they did that caused you or your loved one pain. Doesn't mean forget about it or trust them just means you can breath easier if it's not festering. 4. Tell someone you love them. Especially if you haven't said it to them in a while. Even if it's yourself. Sometimes we need to say it out loud. Extra advice I gave to myself. So this is number 5: Don't ask for material things during gift giving holidays or birthdays. The anticipation of gifts I think is the biggest disappointment to many during holidays. When what they want isn't given. I called the 4 above the gifts because now when people ask me what I want I say do those 4 things and tell me about it afterward. It works 2 fold they are going to give you something material that you will appreciate more because you didn't expect it. Never fails. But then they tell you about the 4 gifts above they performed and how freeing the last 3 were.

No matter what anyone has, or is saying, just remember you have all of us fans who love you no matter what 🖤
  • Best advice I ever got was: "Keep making choices." Let it sink in. This tiny bit of advice has seen me through so many really rough patches in my life, and allowed me to make it to the other side.
  • Momma June's advice is actually solid. Hanging on to shit can keep u stuck and in a bad place.
  • Sam’s advice was pure gold! He seems so genuine and his whole purpose was to figure out the secret to life and what comes after and to see where he is now is so inspiring. Much love Celina, Kris, Same and Colby you guys are what helps us keep going ❤❤

"To thine own self be true." An oldie but a goodie. At times you may have nothing left but your integrity. Protect it.

Welp this video just made me cry. The advice was spot on. Especially Celina’s at the end. That was a gut punch.

My best advice is "Don't trip over something that's in the past." It means that if you remember what's in the past, it won't help your future at all because you're still thinking of your mistakes even though it's hard to move on just try to move on it's for the best. Remember that life is worth!!!!

The best advice I have got was from someone I worked with she said “Don’t think your struggles and problems are not as important than someone else’s. If someone drowns in 20 feet of water and someone drowns in 2 feet of water the out come is the same they both died.” I feel like this can be used for a lot of situations because I know a lot of people including me like to go “oh well they have it worse than me so I’m not going to help me I’m going to help them” while yes it’s good to help others you also need to help yourself sometimes because even though your in 2 feet of water and there in 20 you can still drown. So I guess the short answer is don’t shove aside your problems just because people have it worse if you’re struggling then it matters even if it’s small.

Not advice I was given directly, but that I read & it hit me immensely. "Heal yourself. Otherwise you will only bleed on those that never cut or hurt you." I needed to see those words & truly take them to heart. Maybe someone else will too. Advice from an actual person though was someone I will never know personally but he was addressing fans online and said "it's OK to not be ok." And in that moment again, I needed to hear that. It doesn't mean things will stay bad, but they can be bad and you are entitled to not be ok with it. You find a way to move forward, to when things are better than ok. I'll stop rambling now.❤
