For Cute Charm the opponent is HITTING on the Pokémon.

I have an explanation for forecast. The Pokemon predicts incoming weather, and transforms itself into the type that benefits/is not harmed by that weather, like a person choosing what clothes to wear based on a weather forecast. That might even explain why there is no sand form castform, as in my experience sand storms are much harder to predict than rain, sun, or hail.

Heads up everyone, I'm hearing reports that the competitive scene will be adding an additional rule for Singles that states that you cannot have more than one Pokemon with the ability Hyper Cutter on your team. You'll know if this rule is in place in Showdown when the option for Big Meaty Clause appears.

I figured out what Clear Body is. It's probably referring to a clear mind so it won't be affected by tricks, in this case stat drops.

Idk about anyone else, but I always felt the ability Hustle should be something along the lines of boosting speed, and less attack, or boosting speed, and less accuracy. It's not bad the way it is now, but I always think of hustling as moving faster or being more efficient.

I've been looking up the Japanese names of abilities, just to see how similar or different they are. My favorite is how Hyper Cutter is "Superpowerful Claws". I think they should rename it to "BIG MEATY CLAWS". Cute Charm is... uh... "Mad Love Body". Interpret that how you will. Forecast is kind of funny. It's other name is "Temperamental", or "tenkiya". "Tenki" means weather, so Castform's mood literally changes like the weather!
