Well sadly, it's because they either don't want to or they feel because their schedule, work load, free time already filled etc - you can wait/back burner which oddly enough answers your question.

Just watching this made me literally cry. Knowing how hard life can be sometimes we forget as humans that life is more then just work and money……. It’s also about wonder….. and love…… and even adventures….. because as a kid…….
