I like to get the large family pack cuts of chicken parts or beef or pork country ribs. I cook the whole package all at once and make dinners and then I freeze TV dinners individually for later use. I live alone and it makes my life so much easier.

Two weeks ago I made sheet pan steak fajitas (the only way I make any type of fajita, any more!) One pan, minimal clean up, lots of food. Sheet pan dinners are winners (pardon the bad rhyme)

Fabulous dinners! I"m going to try the fajitas. Another coating idea for baked salmon is mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic. The fat in the mayo melts into the salmon. You could add the everything bagel topping or breadcrumbs or both to make a crunchy top. I love sheet pan meals! Too bad I only discovered them after my kids were grown and gone, but they are also convenient for empty nesters.

That salmon recipe is legit. I would put the broccoli in for longer tho (425 degree oven salmon only takes like 13 min). I used acorn squash instead of sweet potatoes 💯

I NEVER use my sheet pans without FOIL, have been doing this since before I got married, and I have been married for 32yrs now, I found that buying the large on at bjs/Sam’s/ Costco, saves me a ton of money and last FOREVER, and I don’t mind that at all🤗😘🥰👏🏼
