    My mother developed dementia late in life and I was at my wits end with what to do. When I asked for guidance I was told to just walk beside her. It was not my role to try to heal her. It helped enormously.

    Timestamps for future reference 10:12 1) Recognise and accept how you are feeling in the moment right now. 13:44 2) Make the choice to be happy. 19:00 3) Live intentionally. 23:27 4) Before anything, set an intention. “Let this be for my highest good, the highest good of all involved, and the highest good of all”. 24:56 5) Visualise your goals. 26:02 6) Actually take the actions steps towards that goal. 26:50 7) Be patient, trust and let go. 27:43 8) Live from the inside out, not the outside in. Develop a very clear sense of purpose. Become a smile millionaire! 35:17 9) Milk that positive feeling/emotion. Blend in nature.     The first 10min are every important and should not be skipped. I mean it! .... See below the 10 steps time stamps (for me to get back to the ones I need to work on). I was writing down these summaries for myself, but then I decided to post them and share with the viewers. Thank you so much Pam, you are appreciated and loved! I would lie if I say 'it will be easy to follow those 10 steps' but Staying Constantly Conscious of them, is my number 1 goal. 10:11 *Step 1*: Recognize and Accept how you are feeling in the moment... Recognize the part you played & forgive yourself and the other person most importantly (send them Love). 13:44 *Step 2*: Make a choice to be happy... Stay constantly conscious and flick back when your mind strays away; Surround yourself with positive people who make you feel better than they have found you (and vice versa) and celebrate them. 18:58 *Step 3*: Start to live intentionally... Set your intentions/dreams/wishes in the present tense and step in the feeling of them already happening. 23:26 *Step 4*: Be altruistic with your intentions... act for the highest good of all involved. 24:55 *Step 5*: Visualize your goals... the more detailed, the better. 26:00 *Step 6*: Start taking the actions steps towards the goal(s) 26:50 *Step 7*: Be patient, Trust and Let go... "All matter is energy that has slowed down enough, so we can see it and touch it" 49:32 The more fearful you are, the more dense you become! Pam, I haven't had a TV since 2012 but the bad news have migrated to the internet (24/7 on our social media feeds) and it is becoming more and more difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff. I've decided to avoid all social media, deleting some of my accounts. Listening to you, I envy your friends and family who get to enjoy your spirits and positive vibes on a daily basis.     I'm experiencing a horrible physical issue. I'm doing everything possible to heal. I fight to stay at a high vibration, but fear often creeps in. So just now I was asking that my two little deer friends would show up tonight. Well,, within just a few minutes, here they come, bounding down the hill to my yard. Then two more. Just as you were talking about nature and gratitude. I'm as high as I can get right now. Time to listen to you as I watch my friends graze.

    "I love you, I forgive you, I release you" was a very healing mantra I used to help me get over a hurtful rejection from a long relationship with my best friend. It stops the constant negative thoughts.
  • Starting each day with the energies of gratitude and love does charge and magnify my spirit, mind and body’s vibration within our Cosmic Unity Consciousness and it is a huge factor in releasing all old fears, negativity loops and useless anxiety. The power and truth within daily individual or group meditation is transforming and empowering (like Pam’s Sunday night 15 minute group). Working with mantras, EFT, Reiki and creative activities definitely helps me focus on positive changes and continues to shift my frequency. Now, I gratefully feel harmony of spirit, creative joy and peace of mind. Mother Nature is our teacher, and I send the Light and the Love into the world every day.
