COPS did a WELLNESS CHECK that ended POORLY, 2 years later it looks like THIS

I saw this house right off the highway so I exited and made my way down some neighborhood roads to find it. The front sidewalk was almost completely covered and the grass was getting SUPER long. I knocked on the door with no answer, so I spoke to a neighbor to figure out what was going on. She told me they found the homeowner deceased inside about 2 years ago. Since then, it was sold to someone in Las Vegas with the intention to turn it into an Airbnb. However, it’s been sitting ever since with no TLC. The lawn is completely out of control and has become a nuisance for the neighborhood.

If anyone had told me a year ago that I’d be spending an hour watching somebody shoveling a sidewalk and transforming a property I would have said they were crazy. And yet here I am, week after week, watching Spencer do just that! He’s just so genuine… and holy moly, that voice!! Well, now we need more of your singing, too.

When I asked my wife to sit down and watch SB Mowing with me she looked at me like I had three eyes. I queued up your vocals and then got to watch my wife smile through the entire song. It even brought her some tears of happiness. She was on a church vocal team for a couple of decades and loves harmonies. Well done Spencer.

It's so silly but the straight lines!!!! I find myself when I am walking my dog around the neighborhood wanting all the sidewalks to be edged

I will never understand buying a property and then letting it sit and rot. At one time I'm sure this property was beautiful. Great transformation and what a great surprise at the end with a beautiful song and beautiful voices. Bravo!

Dude....the transformation was exceptional, but the song? Just phenomenal! I've been a singer since I could speak. Every once in a while you hear something that speaks to your heart. Idk if I'm the first to admit this or not but for some reason I've made it a habit to fall asleep to your videos because of how satisfying it is to watch you not only transform these lawns into BEAUTIFUL ones, but you get literally everything and make it look dang near perfect!! Spencer I gotta say that I was floored by the singing. The harmonies were absolutely exquisite. I’m used to seeing amazing makeovers in the lawns but when the singing started I didn’t look at the after pictures. I would like to see and hear more singing from you guys.
