I'm telling you....the jury is just dragging this out until Friday morning so they get the whole week off from work paid 😂 Seriously, what's with the short days? The government is so quick to take our taxes then doesn't even put a full day of work in. So why should we? I want a refund on my state taxes 😡

Jury wanted to see the SERT report because they wonder how the broken taillight magically appeared 8 HOURS LATER! P.S. Court Clerk confirmed no SERT report exists. 🤭🤭

Watching L&C on cable is really something. You see trial coverage, then the anchor stops to tell you what you have seen. The anchor, who is a criminal defense attorney, then praises the defense attorneys of the trial. Talk about objective? That's why I enjoy internet coverage.

Medical examiner stated the injuries were not typical with vehicular strikes. Boom, reasonable doubt.

I one hundred percent agree with the defense as to a check box of not guilty being on the verdict form. I worked as a felony trial clerk in a different state, and I agree the court is pushing the Jury to a guilty verdict if there is not a not guilty check box.
