Hot take. I dont think Sony caved to the gamers, but to Steam. I think Steam giving refunds and delisting the game in many counties to protect its self from possible litigation is what scared Sony, not "the gamers" rising up.

8:10 to be fair, the Helldivers Comunnity Managers should be fired, because they are incompetent, and are not fit for this job. I have no clue where studios get their CMs, but almost every AAA game has incompetent CMs at this point. If your employees are treating CUSTOMERS as idiots, it is time to let them go.

The community managers are some of the worst I've ever witnessed, I got permabanned for asking why Spitz is a CM if he just starts trouble then goes into hiding causing more flak for other CMs.
