Well, this was a different one! Soon after getting to this house, I met 2 neighbors and learned more about this house and the neighborhood. She let me know my help was greatly appreciated - I hope it helps get this neighborhood going back in the right direction!

That poor lady who lives nextdoor to this house has had to live in fear for who knows how long! Bullet holes in her house! No wonder she's been praying! You are the answer to her prayers 🤩😍

Get rid of most of the trees. There’ll be no where to hide. You always do a fantastic job. Be safe

That place needs an excavator, 10 haul away dumpsters and probably 2 full days. At least it's safer now

Cleaning this property up is about the only thing u can do to deter "the creepers". U did a fine job. I'm sure the neighbors are thankful. Your Oregon Viewer. We are expecting 92° this August 4th.😅

You are truly a blessing for these people, especially the lady right next door. Hopefully the older man can keep on the city to finally tear it down since it's always going to be a hazard for everyone right there until it's gone.

Your edge work and sidewalk/driveway clearing were above par as usual!! Clearing bushes and cleaning up trash always makes neighborhoods safer. You could call the city about the asbestos area you could not clear. There should be some agency that could clean that up and make the neighborhood healthier.

You did your best on that with what the neighbors said. I would had cut down those front trees as low as passable because the city would had picked them up. That was who tried to go there can be seen.

I believe the subscribers would feel better if you wore gloves when picking up trash, people pee on paper, wipe their butts, blow their noses, wipe puke from their mouth, etc on that nasty paper, stay safe when working, everything looks so much better good job.
