Ramsay has had some... issues in the past in this regard, but he is very much a family man and loves his family. I always love seeing clips of him and his family because of that. Also, I'm 99% sure one of his daughters runs the Kitchen Nightmares channel. They are absolute memelords and the memes on that channel are just too on-point.
