I found myself a bit emotional recording the end of this video. If you see this, and you’re genuinely struggling- know that things really get better, plenty of people have had similar thoughts, and there’s so much cool stuff you haven’t done. Love you all. Love yourself too.
  • Björk is so kind and sympathetic for what happened this late mentality unstable guy and sent her condolences to his family. She is so nice at that time and it touches my heart. Kudos to Björk.
  • I feel really bad for this guy. I wish someone knew how much pain he was in and had counseled him so that this tragic suicide could have been prevented. No one deserves to suffer alone. We are all worthy of love and respect.

So few content creators consider the impact of their work. Congratulations for having the forethought and compassion to leave the directions and support at the end. I wish you well in your endeavours.

Jack, this was a tragic and sad story. It's difficult seeing someone gradually slip away from what the rest of us call, "reality." When I was almost 20, my family watched this happen to one of my older brothers. Sadly, we didn't realize what was happening and our plans to get him help fell short by less than a day. You never expect the unthinkable to happen in your family. My brother ended up committing suicide using a shotgun under his chin. I witnessed it. Dude, if you died, a huge gap would be left in YouTube. It would be a hole that nobody could possibly fill.

You have the perfect narrating voice, very hard to break concentration from the story

I am genuinely obsessed with your voice and narrating style. I love your videos, even though the topics are typically grim and sad. Thank you!

Just discovered this channel and am hooked. Love the way you narrate. Very entertaining and keeps your attention. So many videos I get bored half way thru, but not yours. Keep it up. Loving it :)
  • I appreciate how respectful you are even while trying to lighten the mood

Jack you are a pleasure to watch and listen to. Thanks for your perfectly balanced content. It’s a little bit of everything but never strays from its main essence. Always very well done. Great taste and grace. Fantastic.

Dude your channel is freaking awesome. I'm been watching all your videos today. Like I didn't believe people can be soooo....I have no words.

Oh, thank you for mentioning this case, Jack. Björk is my absolute favorite artist. I met her in 2000 in a discotheque in Brussels. She had a gig as a dj and afterwards she danced and talked with the audience. Which considering the events you talk about in this case was not so evident. Ricardo Lopez is every artist's nightmare. Pure horror!
  • My husband has never liked my true crime so I usually watch them with my headphones, but to my surprise, he ran across one of your stories and now he likes them a lot. And since he showed me, now I look forward to watching your channel with him. You are the best storyteller. Your voice, your expressions and your motions. 💯

what scares me the most about this case is that just about anyone could end up like this man. What scares me even more is that, i especially could end up like this. i develop obsessions and hyperfixations easily and if i was pushed far enough i could end up doing something like this, and knowing that scares me even more.

i sat and watched all the tapes without commentary, alone. It was truly disturbing to see someone slowly lose hope even when they could've turned it around for the better with the right help. I thought to myself many times how someone could ever live and think this way.
  • "In a sick way he got what he wanted...Bjork knows his name." Whoa. The gravity of that realization is powerful in a really macabre way
  • @kaijama2006
bro I seriously luv ur videos they're always interesting and sad at times
  • @HisSimulacrum
1:08 This scared the crap out of me I thought he was pulling his face off.

Also to point out, this isn’t the only woman he obsessed about. The first was the girl who acted beetlejuice. He gave up when he found out she was married. And the aftermath from the bjørk, well her and Goldie broke up days before his suicide.
