I honestly was so captured with what I was seeing during the premiere that I didn't have the words to say in the chat at the time. I'm both honoured and amazed by how much work you put into making this animatic and I absolutely love it! Everything from the way Angel's expressions were so well rendered, the finer details of the locket, Val appearing in the mirror and all of the numerous posters, even things like colour only being introduced when Angel had to put on his act once again despite what happened. You've done a truly amazing piece of work here and I really hope that as many people as possible get to see it and praise it with all the compliments it deserves. Thank you so much for using my cover as your inspiration and thank you for rendering the intended tone of the song's message with that amount of care. Superb!

Angel needs actual caring people in his life , I hope in the show Charlie gets involved and sees Angel gets the support and protection he needs from Valinto or Molly come down from Heaven and refuses to leave Angel until he is safe even at the expense of being kicked out of Heaven.

I keep hearing him say "I think Daddy likes to see me in pain" When the lyrics are "i think that he likes to see me in pain"

I like how you can OD in Hell without the whole "dying" thing. Like you go through all the motions, pain, anguish, etc, but then you just get up. Adds to the whole Hell thing I guess

As much as I love this portrayal of Angel dust's situation, artstyle and cover. I like that in 3:45 This scene would transition to the song "Addict", that is also an Angel dust song!. I just Love it.

Unfortunately a lot of the time when someone with a mental disability is suffering or having an episode we often hide this pain behind a mask , we pretend we are fine when in reality where really not , just like Angel here we are screaming but no one can hear our scream, for many it’s hard for us to seek help/get help , some of us don’t feel we deserve help even though it’s extremely obvious we need help , if you know anyone who suffers from any mental disability such as PTSD, depression, Anxiety and they suddenly seen off in any way even if in tone of voice , talk to them, be there for them, it might not feel like your doing much but as someone who has a mental disability I can tell you this for nothing, you being there to talk to us or just to listen will do tons for us if we are willing or able to open up. Regarding the video however I have to agree with everyone here in comments, you have done a fantastic job keep it up.

I’ve never heard this whole song before. I didn’t realize how dark it is also poor angel. I love him so much. I’m so glad he has people to lean on now that the show is actually out

This is probably the best animatic I've seen for this song ever. You captured Angel's emotions brilliantly, and not to mention you drew him incredibly well too. This is extremely impressive for only six months of work time, and you should be proud. I gave it my thumbs up. ;)
