Billy has Nero's styling revolver reloading skills, Dante's duel pistol fighting style, Death the Kid's relationship with his guns, and Deadpool's personality.

I love him so much. He calls the gun his "ladies", he's a robot but has ass, has more personality in his animations then some characters will ever have in their life time...and he's such a dork

Whoever animated Billy deserves a raise.Seriously,his animation was so fluid,cartoony and bouncy.He's just so..."ANIMATED"(if that makes sense). I'm glad he's not so stiff in his trailer.I also love how goofy and funny he is as a character.Him alone is more than enough to give you a reason why you should play the game. I am so going to main him when the game fully releases

Billy is probably the best character to showcase what makes ZZZ so special among mobile games. As a character, he's NOTHING like what you'd expect to see from a gacha game at all. He just oozes personality in his dialogue, voice, animations, and design. Just the way he talks and even moves is so energetic and almost cartoony. It reminds me of those high-quality SFM animations - wacky on the proportions and movements, yet also incredibly fluid and full of life. Is he voiced by Ian Sinclair? A bit hard to tell thanks to the vocal filter he's got.

Billy is getting the attention he deserves, love his VA! His personality is incredible!
