Hi Chef! I felt touched sa episode na ito. Bicolano din po mama ko, Rose din po nickname niya (Rosario). She passed away 10 years ago na po. She taught me how to cook at a very young age. She also taught me how to speak Bicolano. Once lang ako nkapunta ng Bicol dahil malayo sa probinsiya kung saan kami naninirahan. This vlog urges me to visit again. 🤍

Nobody asked, but Binòtong po if taken as dessert or sweet snack, we usually add caramel sauce (from muscuvado) u can also add unsalted, roasted pili nuts po ☺️😊🙂
