Colored Paper & Black & White Print

Most of the time we receive ACR on yellow colored pages or sometimes other color pages also need to be printed. So if we print of the same through simply/ conventional way of printing i.e. control print (Ctrl + P) then the white paper will be have gray color shade and the print would also be not clear. The shade due to color not only create difficulty in reading but also gives a bad look to the reader.
To take the colored paper a crystal clear printout you need to change the background color of the page or turn the color page into a black & white paper in ms word and then take its print. Or through same way you can also take good print of the already darken image or blurred image. Following are important steps:-
How to print a colored paper in clear Black & White
Click on picture & go to Format mentioned under Drawing Tools
Open Colors & click Picture Color Options
Open Preset & choose 66% saturation
Now open Recolor & choose Black & White 50 %
Saturation button is best for achieving the best level towards Black & White
To remove black lines or black spots from the source paper
Go to Insert & select Shape
Right click on shape & open Format Shape
Go to Fill & choose white color
Then go line & choose No line
To create more shape then simply click on shape & press Ctrl + D to create the exact duplicate of the shape to hide lines from source/ dirty paper for crystal clear print
Finally, go to File Save As & give it an extension of .PDF
Click Save
