recipe and ingredients
1 onion
grid.
3 eggs.
4 medium potatoes.
Salt.
Pepper.
flour 4 tbsp
Mix well.
Small ripe tomatoes 6 pcs.
Dill.
Mozzarella 150 gr.
Olive oil.
Fry the pancake on both sides.
On medium fire.
Fry for 2 minutes on both sides.
Divide the filling into 4 parts.
Add cheese filling to each pancake.
Pour cheese over it.
In the oven / 15 minutes / 200C / 400F /.
Serve warm.
