We are releasing this sixth episode of our 70s Radio Hits series just as the channel is poised to reach 40,000 subscribers and 7.7 million views. Our extreme appreciation and gratitude goes to all of you out there who have brought us into your lives and made this possible.

This installment of 70s Radio features songs all from the last five years of the decade with a heavy focus on 1978 and 1979. The mix of styles is interesting because the diversity of Pop music from this era was stunning. You can still hear the Bubblegum and Classic Rock influences from years earlier along with the Funk, Disco and New Wave rhythms that were freshly bursting in from the clubs into the mainstream.

Mahalo for watching and taking this ride with us!

I am 67 years old now but these great songs make me feel like a teenager again. I am so happy a young lady like yourself is keeping the oldies going for future generations! ❀❀

β€οΈπŸ’―... I can't say that I miss those days. Because I still live them everyday. And being a Disabled Veteran, that's what keeps me going, and ready for another day.

I retired and started dj ing part time. Car shows or just special events, family weddings, I put on this genre in that era and I have people coming asking who it is. I fill the dance floor with stuff they've never heard. Guess I'm still young at heart, and it does beat those techno dj's

I love the music and your style. I am 65 and love all of your music! Thanks so much for sharing. I have many good old albums I can send you for free! In excellent condition. I am not going to live forever, and I have them all recorded. Just let me know. Thanks again!
  • Im 61 and still grooving on these tunes cause there's nothing like it, when compared to a lot of noise, filthy language, and content that our kids are listening to, singing words the meaning of they have no clue. My generation had music that meant something. Thank you. I enjoy your style.

I was a kid in the 70s. I wanted to be a DJ when I grew up. Watching you spin actual records takes me back to those days.. I ended up being a motorcycle mechanic.😊
  • This chick ROCKS!!! I simply LOVE her sets. I really like it when she boogie woogies a little while spining vinyl. Gets me through the work day, doing construction. The whole crew loves this channel.

Pretty girl spinning memories! She's even got me looking up light cubes and lava lamps on Amazon . Villa is my go to!!!!
  • Thanks for playing the records. The old analogue records sounded better than this new digitized music. I can remember when all radio stations in the 70's played records.
  • @mg00k1
I recently started to listen to my vinyl after listening to this channel. Thank you.
  • I grew up with 5 older Sisters and would listen to these songs as a little girl… while they were getting ready for their dates! To this day when I hear a particular song, I remember what guy was coming to the house to pick up a Sister. It was so impressionable, such pure words and sounds. I miss those innocent days… but listening to these songs I’m transported back immediately! What a treasure. Thank you. ❀ to this day I can’t get ready to go out without turning on 70-80’s.
