glad others feel the same about marty - sure, it isn't wrong for marty to have all these requests, but what bugs me is that he doesn't know how to read the room. immediately calling alaska out for rearranging the floorplan and acknowledging he had forgotten to mention that beforehand before getting alaska to awkwardly undo everything is so revolting. even at the beginning where he just HAD to fix the driveway in front of alaska. like, you really couldn't wait until alaska had completed the renovation and logged off before you made changes you prefer, huh. alaska was so accommodating and tried her very best to not only work with all the restrictions marty had set in place but laugh it off when marty continued to fuss over certain things alaska did. again, it is not wrong to have certain preferences but consider alaksa's feelings too? she is the one putting aside time to help you with your build, and like others have said, you easily could have searched up a tutorial if you were only getting help with two rooms. this was disappointing for a viewer to digest too. the video straggled between a building challenge and subscriber renovation, ultimately getting at nothing and making the renovation seem underwhelming and unreflective of alaska's building ability and content-making skills. don't be selfish, please.

I actually don’t think my anger issues could deal with Marty

You know what, I wasn't going to comment anything about Marty because i didn't want to have people replying to my comments because they don't think the same way. But after seeing all these comments about Marty, I'm just going to go ahead and say what needs to be said. Marty set too many rules for Alaska and honestly, he didn't have to change the driveway in front of Alaska's face. And I'm not saying that he has to like it, but what he should've done, was change it after Alaska left, and the video was over. Also, he didn't have to waste Alaska's time "renovating" his house if he set so many rules. Very easily, he could've searched up a tutorial on YouTube, and fixed the things that needed to be renovated himself. But another reason is the fact that as soon as Alaska deleted something that he didn't want her to delete (he didn't even tell her) he immediately came after her. Also, I know that Marty was thinking that he could renovate the rooms and exterior by himself, but Alaska is very talented. She would've made that house look so much better if Marty let her do what had to be done. Honestly, that house would've had a lot of potential if Marty let her have freedom. And if I'm being honest, my anger could not hold up with Marty. Also, if I EVER had a privilege to be in a video with THE ALASKA VIOLET, I would have no rules. Almost EVERYONE deserved to be in this video to replace Marty, because this was not fair to Alaska.

Wow I’m astonished that he had the nerve to call out Alaska for changing the floorplan and driveway, he just took over HER job and didn’t let her actually renovate it. It had so much potential but he ruined her creative freedom, he desperately needed a renovation but refused for it to happen, I don’t know if you can call it a ‘renovation’, but just a touch up.

a budget of 2 million, but not really giving her creative freedom is crazy. i honestly would’ve logged because i am not patient enough for this.

I think the house would’ve turned out way better if Marty allowed Alaska to do more. To me it was not really a renovation, but Alaska still tried to make it look nice. One if the best Bloxburg YouTubers !

From the very beginning, I could feel myself getting annoyed at Marty's requests. I felt sorry for Alaska especially when she said that she felt scared changing stuff around because she knew Marty might call her out for it. I would personally let Alaska do whatever she wanted to my build if she took the time out of her day to renovate my build for me. Keep it up Alaska <3

honestly I’m so happy there are SO many people who agree because Marty was honestly just frustrating, the house had so much potential but honestly kind of turned out bland because of how many rules he had. Also, she only got to renovate like three rooms. It’s a RENOVATION, let her renovate the house. There are so many others, including myself who really needs help with building their houses and would love for Alaska to renovate or even build a whole house for them, so honestly this was a “waste of a video” because this was barely even a renovation. And with a budget of 2.2 million dollars I feel like he could’ve been less picky because honestly you could just wait for Alaska to leave and then change your preferences. This was really frustrating to watch and even tho he had so many annoying rules for his house and also forgetting to tell Alaska to keep the floor plan etc, she did an amazing job. Don’t be selfish please.

so like, i actually have to say . Knowing Alaska and watching her non-stop (girl ilysm) i just know for a fact she really wanted to change that green color. This house had so much potential and literally when Marty like said some things it felt like that one teacher. Alaska in her renovations says "Imagine they dont like it" as a joke. But i have this strong feeling that Marty deleted everything after the renovation . I might be wrong but he gave me those vibes .
