We arrived at Mazar-i-Sharif in Afghanistan after over 6 hours of drive and a few stops. We will spend the night here. As soon as we arrived in the big city, my goal was to get a local dress to blend in with the people much better. So we started the evening searching for a tailor who could make the local dress for me as soon as possible. As you can see from the video, everyone has been super welcoming and supportive to help us to make it happen. Before the video ends, you will see my first encounter with Taliban fighters and our short communication.

I really feel sorry for the boy who gave you energy drinks. He is just naiv and curious about what Is going on around him. After the guide said he looks suspicious, i was really disappointed. I think he is a kind-hearted boy who wanted to help you guysπ’

The boy was being kind. I know many will follow in hopes of donations but he seemed like he was being kind to be kind. Everyone else was also helpful and friendly. This makes me wish I could visit Afghanistan, too. Most everyone around the world just wants to be healthy and happy. They donβt want to rule over others. These people are the same. Just trying to make it in the world. I hope for peace to them.
