We meditate from Easter Monday 10.04. to Pentecost Sunday 28 May 2023 for 49 days between 8 and 9 o'clock. If for some reason you are unable to meditate around this time, just meditate sooner or later. The group energy is of course strongest between 8 and 9. At the end of the chakra blessing comes the question: "How can you be a blessing to yourself, your fellow human beings and your fellow world?" Write down your answer for yourself every day.
