This one was a tough choice for me since there's many delicious Birria de Chivo spots in So Cal, I had to give this one to El Chivito Birrieria in the city of Corona Ca. This is the spot for me!
This is a traditional Birria which flavors come from non other than Nochistlan, Zacatecas! It's cooked to perfection then finished off with a slight char in the oven to lock in the juice and flavors! it's served with a mouthwatering consomé and freshly made corn tortillas. This dish can be eaten at anytime of the day but it's preferred as a breakfast meal and what better pair to enjoy this Birria with than with a delicious piping hot cup of Café de Olla.

My special guest for this episode is the hilarious Jose Velasquez a Stand Up Comedian and Content Creator lifting up the Salvadorian community with his comedy show Pupusas and Beer!
