We love hearing about royalty. From their fabulous and expensive clothing, to their strange rules, it seems that they live entirely different lives than us commoners. But when it comes to basic human emotions such as love, we truly are all the same. Their relationships come with the same scandals and controversies that ours do, and that can sometimes spill over into their weddings. For those of us who would love to be royalty, it seems crazy to think anyone would willingly give up their title. But Princess Sayako and King Edward VIII were only too happy to abdicate their titles for true love. Prince Charles and Camilla are one of the more well-known scandalous couples, whose love affair wrecked two marriages before the two of them finally tied the knot to each other. Blatant lies about 2 royal Dutch weddings. We never had a King Bernhard. He was prince consort. Prince Claus didn't fight in WW2, he was a child then. Mabel Wisse Smit never went to college with Klaas Bruinsma. She had an affair with him, while he was the biggest drugs importer in Holland. Prince Friso and Mabel never asked for parliamentary permission themselves, as they knew it would not be granted. They still were members of the Royal family, but not of the Royal House, which means he could never become King. Please check your facts before you say stupid things.

Claus rhymes with "blouse". It's not pronounced "claws" like Santa Claus. Queen Juliana's husband was Prince Bernard. Juliana was the monarch, he was her consort (like Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, and like Queen Victoria and Prince Albert). If you're going to keep making these videos, it would behoove you to do some research to get your facts straight.

It's cool that you included the Dutch royal family :) despite these "scandals" they are well-loved in the Netherlands. Teeny tiny mistake: Queen Juliana was married to Prince Bernhard, he was never "King". A male who marries the queen of the Netherlands cannot become king. However a female who marries the king (like Maxima) does become the queen (but she's not equal in rank to the king).

Many have forgotten all scandals with Mette Marit when Crownprin. She was a single mother to a son her father had a Drink problem ( the magasin did everything they could to get a history about his daughter They Bought a cell phone, they send him on Difrent Tripp, just to get a story ) But the Crown Prince Håkon stood by her side every time her father did something wrong/foul. When they were serious also started the pursuit of Picture of Mette Marit naked and the picture of her taking drugs. He who owned the pictures was so greedy that he demanded 10 million (No magazines/newspapers were willing to pay.) Now the pictures are so old they have no market value longer. A few weeks before the wedding she gave a big interview: in which she asked the Norwegian people for forgiveness for her past and the wrong things she had done, she cried, I cried at home in the living room and many with me cried during the interview. Her past has been shaping her to the wonderful Crown Princess we have today. I have deep respect for her. Comments are false. The queen and prince Philip did not attend the civil ceremony on Charles and Camilla but they did go to the blessing the had afterwards at a chapel at Windsor castle. The queen is head of the Church of England so is not allowed to attend things that go against that. Hence why they had a blessing and the Queen happily attended!

It seems that the Netherlands just gained another King in their history: Bernhard. He wasn't the King, but the Prince Consort to Queen Juliana.

too many errors on this, Charles and Diana's age difference was 13 years not 22. Prince Ernst of Hanover is pronounced Ernst not Earnest ... could not continue past this
