Here in New Zealand left and right governments over the past 30 years have agreed no subsidies anywhere. if you have a product priced right that people want/need the economy will prosper

Bought my EV without tax rebate or subsidies. Rep. Burlison references an incident where an EV battery died and the fire department had to break a window to rescue a child is looked inside. Yeah, how many times does it happen that a child is left inside a gas vehicle in the heat? NTSB reported EV fires-25/100,000 sold, gas vehicle fires-1530/100,000 sold, Hybrid vehicle fires-3475/100,000 sold.
