I would say 9:05, “A Blazing Victory,” is Ash’s greatest battle because not only did he beat a powerful rival, but he also showed everyone that he has what it takes to be a Pokémon Master.

Watching these highlights really shows how far he's come, despite it being 25yrs majority of the world has been able to travel on this journey with him; whether you started watching at 10 or 20, we can all admit Ash had some incredible battles!!

Ash vs. Paul was the best of all time for so many reasons: 1. Infernape started the battle using Flare Blitz on Aggron, which means he took a great deal of recoil damage in the very beginning. 2. Nullified Drapion's Toxic Spikes, which was the smartest move of the match. 3. Defeated Ninjask. 4. Made an amazing comeback against Electivire with Blaze.

Best battle will always be Paul v Ash in the Sinnoh League, Infernape going super Saiyan against Electivire was amazing.

When Ash vs. Cynthia is released worldwide, that could certainly make a list of his best battles. That one was excellent

Infernape overcoming his trauma and proving his worth and newfound bond is one of, if not the greatest moments I've ever witnessed in the history of the Pokemon Anime to this day. Paul will forever be my favourite rival of Ash's. Them being such opposites worked REALLY WELL! 🔥

Ash from the town of Pallet, becoming the greatest pokemon trainer.... it's been a nice ride for the last 20 plus year's. Happy i could see and be part of the journey.

Ah yes, the ultimate battle: Metapod vs Metapod. Not even Arceus could surpass this legendary duel. In all seriousness, I quite liked the simple concept on the Lycanroc battle. That last counter was just satisfying for some reason.
