This "interview" is honestly embarrassing for TalkTV and I'm very surprised you were willing to upload it. Whilst it's obvious he was giving a prepared answer, when he tried to answer it another way or give "solutions" you two just shut him down. This is highly unprofessional and uncivil, and he was very well justified in walking away as it is clear that ye were not willing to have a reasonable conversation. He was very obviously put on to be insulted and not interviewed. Ye're an embarrassment to journalism and clowning!
