  • Years after, this song is still a masterpiece, I speak French, so when I found that song, I couldn't understand the lyrics, but now that I speak english almost perfectly, the lyrics hits hard

I’ve known this song for years, and coming back to listen to it, it gives me chills.

The part where he says, “yea, could slit my wrists, but it really wouldn’t help..” is the only thing that’s ever motivated me not to do that...

Lyrics: Wil you end my pain? Will you take my life? Will you bleed me out? Will you hang me out to dry? Will you take my soul in the midnight rain? While I'm falling apart While I'm going Will you end my pain? Will you take my life? Will you bleed me out? Will you hang me out to dry? Will you take my soul in the midnight rain? While I'm falling apart While I'm going insane Most people are searching for happiness They're looking for it They're trying to find it in someone Or something outside of themselves That's a fundamental mistake Happiness is something that you are And it comes from the way you speak Can you break my bones? Will you tear my skin? Can you taste my lust? Can you feel my sin? See, I'm a waste of life I should just kill myself Yeah, I could slit my wrists But it really wouldn't help Wouldn't fix my issues Or change your mind 'Cause I broke your heart And you buried mine Now, I'm six feet deep And I can't breathe I got dirt in my eyes And blood on my sleeves But I dig my way up Through these roots and leaves So I can get some air So I can finally breathe And now I'm on my knees Oh baby, begging please Will you Will you Will you end my pain? Will you take my life? Will you bleed me out? Will you hang me out to dry? Will you take my soul in the midnight rain? While I'm falling apart While I'm going Will you end my pain? Will you take my life? Will you bleed me out? Will you hang me out to dry? Will you take my soul in the midnight rain? While I'm falling apart While I'm going insane We cannot choose the things that will happen to us But we can choose the attitude we want to take Towards anything that happens to us Goodbye Don't you miss me when I'm gone Goodbye 'Cause you're the fucking reason that I'm not around Goodbye Don't you miss me when I'm, miss me when I'm gone Goodbye 'Cause you're the fucking reason that I'm not around Fucking reason that I'm not around Bitch, you're the fucking reason that I'm not around

I found this song by accident...and now it's all that I listen to. It hits deep and I wish more people could experience it. Such a great song.

For anyone who might need it. You can do this while crying too; it's okay. You can do this standing, sitting, or laying down, if you're laying down, just make sure you can breath well, i.e. not having your face buried in a pillow, and that your arms are free. First, get comfortable, however that is. Now relax as best you can, you can still cry; it's okay. Now look at the door, if there isn't a door that's okay too; a hallway, a passage, just anywhere that leads out of the room or space you're in. If you don't want to open your eyes that's okay too, just picture it. Do this for a couple seconds. Now, if they're open, close your eyes, gently; don't put pressure on it. Cyring is still okay. Now take a deep breath, start slow and gradually speed up but don't force it. Keep going until your lungs are full, don't count, just relax, fill your lungs. Once your lungs are full, hold it for a count of one; almost not at all, just for a second, and then release it. Just let it flow out naturally, relax, don't push. Now, still with your eyes closed, slowly take your middle and index finger, either hand, and gently raise them to your neck and find your pulse. Once you find it, put ever so slightly more pressure, just so you can steadily feel your heart. Now count, quietly, to yourself, out loud or in your head, either is okay. One beat, two, three, four, five, six... Continue for as long as you want and always remember: That is yours. When everything else fades away, your heart will be forever yours. The world outside you can never dull the color that is inside you. Blood is beautiful, it is proof that you are alive, proof that you made it to today, and, most importantly, proof that you are still here. If that cut, or burn, or whatever it is will make sure you have even one more beat, it's okay. I want to see you tomorrow. Please stay with me. I love you.

  • I wish there were more songs like this it really sucks when you want to die but you can't you just have to face the pain and these are the type of songs that explain your pain.
