1. ไข่แดง 3 ฟอง
2. กลิ่นวานิลลา 1/2 ช้อนชา
3. เกลือป่น 1/4 ช้อนชา
4. น้ำตาลทราย 60 กรัม
5. นมสดจืด 80 ml.
6. แป้งเค้ก 100 กรัม
7. ผงฟู 1/2 ช้อนชา
8. น้ำมันรำข้าว 40 ml.
9. ไข่ขาว 3 ฟอง
10. น้ำตาลทราย 60 กรัม
11. ครีมออฟทาทาร์ 1/4 ช้อนชา
ส่วนผสมเนยสด
1. เนยสดเค็ม 150 กรัม
2. น้ำตาลทราย 40 กรัม
พิมพ์ขนาด 7x7 นิ้ว
อบไฟบนล่างไม่เปิดพัดลม ที่อุณหภูมิ 160 c ํ ประมาณ 30-35 นาที หรือจนกว่าขนมจะสุกดี
Chiffon Cake Ingredients
1. 3 yolks.
2. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
4. 60 grams sugar
5. Milk 80 ml.
6. Cake flour 100 grams
7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8. Rice bran oil 40 ml.
9. 3 egg whites
10. 60 grams of sugar
11. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartare
Butter ingredients
1. Salted butter 150 grams
2. 40 grams sugar
Bake at 160 c ํ for 30-35 minutes.
