I'm interested in knowing exactly how she's going to carry this out. What about the institutions that have lean's on these properties. Or the co-owners of these properties. Is the state of NY willing to make the payments on the properties in question. Are they going to pay for the daily operations of the building's. As a property owner myself, It's not as simple as just walking up and taking control as she might think.
