What is with the new pendel card in INFO (disablaster), its level 5, light, machine, u can easily special summon it and it has a negate effect

My favorite combo is to, Pop rampage effect. dump Hertz an any cyber guy if naster in grave. bring naster back to hand. For follow-up plays, to bring back infinity or so on

extra machine dup is better if you are playing cyberdark chimera. you can just ditch it to search power bond
