This Dragon Ball Z Game Is DEATH Itself

I literally played these games in reverse order as a kid 😅

YES! After training with King Kai, that frozen area above the city that you need to travel through to get to the battle with Nappa & Vegeta is where that T-Rex is walking around on the ice. I spent HOURS beating it over and over again until I was level 25 and the rest of the game was EASY! Well, easier... I even figured out a strategy to beating Jeice, Recoome & Burter; I'd talk to each of them back to back to back so all of them would attack me at the same time. I'd trap them on the patch of land @15:12 and run away. As they would follow me down that line to get back to the ground, they could only do it one at a time in a line. I'd spam Kamehameha Waves and hit them ALL at the same time until they fainted! Another trick would be the Solar Flare/punch combo if I got all 3 of them to stand over top of each other so they all got damaged by the same hit! Look, the game looking back was TRASH but it was a lot of fun back in the day! For as bad as this game was, it only made Legacy Of Goku II that much better!

I'm working on an RPG Maker version (Turn-based JRPG) of original Dragon Ball; I'm currently at the tail-end of the original series. I'd love to remake LOG1; if I had the modding know-how, I'd do a total conversion in the LOG2 or Buu's Fury engine.

Legacy of Goku 2 is legit in my top 5 video games of all time. It's amazing how much it improved from Legacy of Goku 1. I really wish after Buu's Fury, that they had gone back and remade the 1st game like the latter two. Can you imagine being able to go between Namek and Earth like you could in Buu's Fury between the Other World and Earth? Flying around Namek? Playing as the other Z fighters in the Saiyan and Namek arcs? So much potential there. The 5 playable characters could have been Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin and Vegeta. Would have been amazing. They could have even added some movie villain cameos like the other two did, like Garlic Jr., Dr. Wheelo, Turles, Lord Slug, etc.

The sad thing is I actually maxed out this game when I grinded it until I couldn't no more.

I really wish we could get a Switch game with the entire Z and Super sagas in the LoG style. Those games were so much fun.

Omg , so glad I watched this. I went to play this for first time this year and after like 3 so hours of grinding and still being in the beginning my save disappeared. Now I can use that code to beat this. I been wanting to to play the second and third one but not beating 1st one been holding me back. Every time I go to try and talk myself into it I’m like ya but I don’t want to do all that grinding again lol

I could never get past the forest section at the beginning of the game lol. Buu's Fury was one of my favorite gba games tho. I replay it every few years.

I’m a younger fan, I’m 22 as of this year but I’ve been a db fan since i was 6 and a huge one at that. I never played this series til 2 years ago i beat every game, and controversialy I love buu’s fury the most. Best level up system, so show accurate love the game. That being said I absolutely adore the 2nd game as well. The first one… not it chief, the first one is kinda bad imo, beat them all tho.
