The way the crowd gets so excited for Joker is awesome cause everyone wants to see Leo use him more during his runs

Joker is probably one of my favorite top tiers in any Smash game along with Melee Marth and Sheik, so glad Leo brought out his legendary Joker again. With Tweek using PT again it would be so sick to see Leo's Joker vs Tweek's PT, as Evo 2019 grands is still the best Ult set imo.

When others pro players play joker I don't find them interesting but mkleo's joker is incredible to watch.

Joker is a well designed character imo and hence it is well loved despite its dominance, becuase even if its dominant, its core kit can only be dominant in a way that is also entertaining to watch. It doesn't rely on singular gimmicks, or promote camping, nor make the opponent feel like its pure RNG and out of their control, etc etc. The characters in this game in general feels so much better. Even Steve you feel like there is a chance if you played better even if you went up against a Steve that was destroying you. Whereas ice climber combos, metanight spams, Bayo ladder, etc etc just felt so pointless to fight after some time becuase it felt like so many factors were out of your control unless you don't get hit a single time which isn't possible against a player of your own or better calibre
