there is a mongolian idiom says "нүдээ өгөхөөс буцахгүй байх" which directly means "not hesitating to give their eyes for". we use it when someone is desperate for taking or obtaining something and they even willing to dig their eyes out to trade for it. and in the animation, people dont have eyes, and the man gave his eyes in the end of the video.

Just by listening to it without reading the lyrics, I was able to tell that it was a protest song. Reading the lyrics, my mind was blown away by the absolute truth of it. We are destroying the world in the name of money, something that in itself has no value, but that people give too much of it to. A masterpiece of protest music. That's the only thing I can call it.
