Giving real "Baby, I can change! Give me another chance!" energy. 🙄

If I had to write a report about every bug I experience I'd never have time to play.
  • @Samijowubsu
“Report your issue here” (page not found) 😂
  • This just confirms they gutted their quality control and neglected it for YEARS. "We're assembling a team" YOU MEAN REBUILDING YOUR TEAM AFTER GUTTING IT FOR INVESTOR PROFITS YOU FIENDS.
  • It’s finally starting to hit their pockets that’s why they’re listening now. So sad the community deserves better.

They finally played their own game for the first time in a decade and realized how bad it runs

As my grandma always said, "Actions speak louder than words". I'll believe it when I see it. Until then, I'm not holding my breath.
  • Why is a AAA game studio just now "assembling a team" to deal with bugs and player concerns 10 years into a game's lifespan?

Still think the "apology" is smoke and mirrors. "Look! Were listening," followed by continuing doing what EA always does. Game has been out 10 years. Too little, too late for me. I hope they do keep their promises for those who haven't given up on them.

Instead of a throbbing shopping cart, they should have added a link to Answers HQ!
  • @hgamesca8288
Answers HQ is like an office anon box where you can put suggestions and then at the end of the day the janitor throws it in the trash

The pathetic part is, if you know anything about modding the game you know how insanely easy the majority of these "fixes" they're rolling out are. Like waffles being on the restaurant menus and campfires causing less fires takes literal seconds to "fix". They should've done this stuff years ago, and they're most likely only finally doing these simple fixes now to pad the list to make it look like they're doing more than they're actually doing.

Fixing old broken packs will give a spike in their back catalogue sales.
  • "Bandages don't fix bullet holes" is what you were trying to say
  • @davibento6517
Tbh this new team doesn't need to check social media to find out which bug are people talking about...they need to actually play the game and check for themselves! Devs are not playing their own game and that's why we have so many bugs!
  • You keep on saying " you probably think I'm a negstive Nancy " but that is litteraly why I watch you. I'm so sick of all the sims you tubers who only says positive things about a pack just because they are partnering with ea.. And are making people buy it, and never talks much about all the bugs or fixes that the packs need. I completely agree with you and I find you trustworthy - and therefore you are the only sims youtuber that I always watch ❤

Releasing this at the same time Life by You was meant to launch is so funny. But also this literally means there wasn't a team for bug fixing and optimization until now... 💀

i'm not holding my breath. managing my expectations.

They want us to take this as;"Hey, we're listening to you and we hear your concerns!" What I hear; "Here's another empty promise to pacify the consumers so they continue to go down with this sinking ship and buy the latest DLC we're about to release."
