Even though I don't charge hourly I use Clockify, a free time tracker to time track each task like "making August Reels" "Scheduling August Content" etc and it has been super helpful for not just pricing future clients but also time management so I know exactly what I can accomplish if I have, say, 4 hours of work time that day.
