Hello! It's really a struggle to lose weight especially when ordering food online is just a few clicks away. This time, I really want it to be serious—that's why I vlogged it. I dunno, it's just a different kind of discipline if you're filming it. I feel like someone's watching me (when I vlog it), and I have to really adhere to these different meal plans. Nevertheless, I still treat myself almost every day with some of my fave snacks, I just make sure that I still go below 1200 calories per day.

To anyone who is also trying to lose weight, I hope this video would help you achieve that goal. You've got this, and I'm rooting for you

    I weight 60 now, i had 67 in April and my ideal weight is 54. It's a bit hard,because I used to do weight lifting so my goal is to reduce muscle and your video really motivated me to be patient ❤😇

    I'm 4"10 and seriously struggle with not overeating. My maintenance is only 1.3k cals so it is very easy to go over. Thanks for vlogging, your meals help guide me on what foods to eat.

    omg 1200 is too low. If you're doing this, please note that this is only for short term and inappropriate for most adults. Once you stop eating just 1200 calories, you'll gain the weight easily. It's better to do something that's good for your long term lifestyle. These are what worked for me & my friends: lemon water before 1st meal, green tea daily, intermittent fasting, eating healthy (whole foods, veggies, fruits, etc), daily walks / activity (gym, run, biking, etc), limit junk food, sodas, alcohol. These are better than 1200 calorie deficit. I lost weight even without going to the gym for months, i mostly walk a lot or yoga for my daily activity. When i did calorie deficit, i didn't feel good after few weeks & counting made me stressed lol now i feel better, look better and live better. For reference I'm 160cm , 53kg. I just hope this helps! And i highly suggest doing activities as much as you can like something you enjoy so it won't feel like a work out
