    7:16 That seems to be a small localized underground coal-seam fire. Difficult to extinguish ... they often have to just try digging it out. Its definitely coal - notice how it was merely smouldering when scooped, but exploded in flames when dumped into the truck ... the reason is coal dust, which is highly flammable, and released in profusion when dumped. Result = KABOOM
