So, I have stayed at 30 East Drive over night in September 2022, I’m very open minded but also very logical with things. I went to 30 East Drive with a friend and we booked through a paranormal company just out of curiosity as i have never experienced anything paranormal and it is something that intrigues me. When I tell you not one thing happened the ENTIRE night, the house just felt like a normal cozy house and did not have any oppressive or dark feelings. One thing that stuck with me however was the fact that the house is owned by the producer of the movie ‘when the lights went out’ which is why nobody has lived there in years, it is an attraction, what also came to light was that the next door neighbour who in previous interviews on TV such as Most Haunted, had stated that she would never enter the address, however, upon speaking to the team, she is in fact employed by said movie producer as the cleaner and goes in after the ghost tours are done. This ruined the whole experience for me because I could see right through it. Others that were there that night were amazed by ‘orbs’ floating in front of their cameras which was just dust (it’s an old house with old furniture). Sadly nothing happened the entire night that was remotely paranormal. The team had brought a device to measure temperature and the rest of the group I was in were amazed and shocked when the temperature was going up saying ‘the spirit is changing the temperature’. There was 10 of us in the small living room, it’s going to get hotter. I don’t think I would go there again purely to save my money 😂

The most chilling footage was from Paranormal Lockdown with Nick and Katrina. Real or not, I remember very well a ghostly thing moving through the air caught on camera, which gave me some nights of no sleep. It was the only time after all the ghost footage, stories and your vids that I truly couldnt sleep for a night.
