He is a certified Advanced Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, has the Diploma of the World Union of Winemakers and the Wine & Sommelier Expert Course of Genius in Gastronomy.
He is the owner and Head Sommelier at Oinoscent Wine Food Cellar, founder of scanforfacts.io and prephylloxera.com and writes articles in popular Kathimerini group press.
