This is great. I first camped at 8. Took my kids with other family members while they were young. Started solo camping at 62. Got my adult daughter, grandson and her boyfriend to go and they enjoyed it and actually went on their own. Now to get my son and family to go…..😂❤. She is just precious. I use essential oils for mosquitoes. But they seem to be way worse in northern areas. 😮

I agree with what he said about your daughter will always remember this because as a man myself with children I still remember things from my childhood. Her being 13 years old she will definitely remember this for life.

Great companion, even better than Mike because she will appreciate and learn more from it. I hope you carry Benadryl pills and cream with you. Bugs along with age is why we traded tent camping for a camper with AC. We spray the screen door before going in, and spray it again before going back out. Later in the day we put a lantern away from the camper to attract the bugs. We don't turn on any lights near the camper unless inside with the door closed.
