As long as he genuinely enjoyed learning and wasn’t aggressively pressured by family, then this young man is truly a marvel.

Starting college at 7 years old and graduating with 5 degrees is wild

I love how confident he is. He isn’t arrogant, he’s just aware of how talented he is. His parents did a great job raising him.

True story, a long time ago, I use to tutor a little girl, her parents were from Hong Kong. They were genuinely nice people. One day, that little girl told me something that I never forgot. She told me that she was most happy when I came to tutor her, because I didn't force her to study like the other courses she had been forced to study from other tutors. With me around, she could be a kid again. She was only 8 years old and her mother wanted me to teach her computers. Poor kid.

I’ve always noticed genius kids are usually homeschooled, and it’s usually their parents who facilitate their success by actively engaging in their education instead of just screaming at them to do better. It really shows how substantial it is for parents to help their children realize their own potential.

To the guys feeling worthless after watching this, you’re not. The kid’s parents gave him a lot of freedom and he enjoyed studying, study was an entertainment for him. School teaches us things in 1 year which take only a month to learn.

At first im worried it might be the pressure from parents, especially in Asian culture. But according to this, sounds to me the parents really just did a great job with their decisions. And when he said he tried one class and he liked it which led him to do more was just great to hear. Also shows just how much more refining our school programs need to be.

Clovis is making us question everything we achieved by the age of 12. Meanwhile, he's casually adding degrees to his collection. What a legend in the making!

I’m genuinely jealous of this kid. When I was younger I loved all things science and wanted to know everything about the world, to understand everything to a molecular level. I really wanted to learn, but felt restrained by the ‘for your level, all you need to know is..’ I’m not jealous of his fames, just of the support he gets and the resources he can get to follow his dream, while so many are restrained by so many factors such as finance or just not knowing.

This kind of curiosity in education in children can be nurtured by their family. Inspirational on many levels.
-
This is heart warming, he's finally allowed to be a kid.
-
what an inspiration to everyone. this shows that no matter how old you are you are never too young for an advanced aducation
-
Shoutout to his parents, saw his talent and decided to pick up on it ,theres alot of kids that are gifted but the ability to grow them is another feat aswell.
-
Man im really jealous of this kid, making your parents proud is one of the biggest achievement that someone could do. Well done man you deserve it !!
-
I really feel sorry for this kid. He missed out the important step about being a kid while "growing up". I hope he doesn't hate his parents later for literally making him grow up so fast.
-
That is honestly amazing imagine the amount of things he could be catching up on right now at an early age plenty of room to make any type of mistakes with love and still recover
-
The saying is true... It doesn't matter how old, or how good at anything you are; there's always a 12 year old Asian kid who can do it better. 😂
-
That’s why we need supportive parents who guide their children in the right path and not forced.
-
I cannot believe that Clovis graduated with five degrees at only age twelve. He is just remarkable. This boy is a genius. When I was 12, I barely could do intermediate school.

This kid has his whole life to relax and play 😢😩 I would just eat, sleep and watch tv till I turn 18 then I’ll start working lmaooo😂
