Honestly Malz's R is funny as hell. "Hey watch me do this smart play" "Nah" presses R
  • @callmeshifu4114
Aphelios by mechanics isn't that difficult, he just looks really complicated and intimidating but when you get the weapon order and basic combinations down he becomes extremely fun to play.
  • @milodog68
you should do this video again but only ask challenger players to see the difference between them and us low elo players
  • as an aphelios main, i really wouldn't call him the hardest champion. most of the difficulty comes from just knowledge of what he does, it just comes with learning. tbh kalista is much harder as an adc
  • @bakis5930
I still believe that people that call Aphelios the hardest champion didn't even try him out. Aphelios is easy - the hardest part is spacing which is just... an adc thing, not Phel exclusive. He is surprisingly easy to understand and learn.
  • @Illandarr
Man the people voting on these polls must all either be new players or have some mental disability. Some of these spots are crazy
  • @uvelergle
Thanks for the easiest and hardest champions chosen by silvers!
  • @ectoplasma1999
As a long suffering Azir main I must say you kinda missed the ball on why he's difficult. It's not his combos that make him difficult, they can all be learned with enough practice and eventually the ol' Shurima Shuffle will come naturally. It's the fact that you have to micro up to 4 different soldiers and yourself, whilst simultaneously dealing with both the hardest parts of being a marksman (kiting and positioning) and the hardest parts of being a mage (ability usage and cooldown management).
  • @SKsuprakirby
It quite insane that Leona is not on the top 15 easiest champions to play. her kit is just so simple. Q: Stun that dude. W: Tank mode E: approaching menacingly R: PRAISE THE SUN MOTHERFUCKER!
  • @YukkiRuiii
Honestly as a person who actually plays Aphelios he's not hard mechanically but is hard in terms of macro and understanding as being able to shuffle your guns properly and having the right guns for the exact situations can be difficult sometimes but overall mechanically he's not that hard he's in Varus level of difficulty in mechanics to pull off his combos but around Azir level of macro difficulty to properly pull off
  • @edvynas1513
Yasuo is like BMW in eastern europe: A good car (champ) but most expected to cause an accident (int)
  • @defectiveaffect
In some places the list feels accurate but in some places not and i think thats based on the voters ranks. As mentioned some champs skill floors and caps won't show until certain ranks. Ive never been higher than silver and some plays would absolutely not fly in a plat game, making some champs switch to the other side of the list. Typically high ranked players also have more knowledge about the game itself making "easy" champs for them possibly very difficult for lower ranks.
  • @Matiasfv
It's wild how karatina went from one of the easiest champions to one of the hardest (according to the list) of the game after her rework. I still miss old kata.
  • @corduroytm
Aphelios really isn't too difficult in my opinion. I think his different looking kit is what throws people off.
  • @mariodev2188
There is a big difference between what "hardest" means - hardest to play or hardest to master. I personally don't consider Gankplank hard to play (he is sure hard to master and play perfectly) - use your Q (which totally isn't ranged autoattack on 4 second cooldown), combo barrels and miss them, do 300 true dmg autoattack, heal and remove any cc with orange, get Bluetooth assists from rest of the map using ult.
  • @xbiskitplays9312
you can tell a lot of people dont really play the champs they vote for they just go of what other people say or do. like i like assassins so i have played a lot of qiyana and zed, and putting zed as harder than qiyana is just not it lol. i think this might be because zed is a very common champion you see picked a lot across high and low elo, but qiyana is only really has presence in high elo. so low elo players arnt really "aware" of her if that makes sense.
  • @wyldjae3191
I remember when I started playing league like late 2021 - early 2022, my friends saw that I liked playing or trying difficult champions, specifically ADCs. So literally, before I even knew how to CS properly, they told me to try out Aphelios. I'm so happy to say that he was my first every M7 champion and I love playing him.
  • @seanstone6493
I love that fact that a lot of the hard to play champs according to this list like Pyke, Kindred or Aphelios aren't mechanically hard but it's acknowledged that it is hard to master the macro that is required for those champs
  • I'd argue that Kalista is harder than Aphelios. Sure he's hard because you need to time what guns you have for objectives and team fights, but after a bit you get used to it and can play him somewhat intuitively since he's just another adc at the end of the day regardless of how many tools he has. Kalista on the other hand has specific movement selections that no other champion has. Her passive alone is strong, but if you devote yourself and the hours and games to learning her tech, her passive truly unlocks and she becomes the actual hardest champion in the game. She has specific options you need to toggle on to get the most out of her because just attack move clicking will hold you back from her full power and limit your movement. Her skill floor FEELS pretty low, you pick her up, spend a few games getting used to her movement and have some success and think "oh this champion is easy" but then you look into mastering her and dig through videos to find actual guides for her and you realize she's actually completely insane. The learning curve of going from new to mediocre is already insane and putting what you've practiced in the tool into real games and getting consistent with it is extremely difficult but so damn rewarding. Here's a video of her movement and other technical skills by a player SIGNIFICANTLY better than me and really hammers home just how insane the champion can be if played at a competent level https://youtu.be/m6nXpsw02ts?si=bhUl0mKRP8KPypW3 I think it's crazy that some people still think the Shuriman Shuffle is a hard tech when it's literally just timing a single button to get the most distance out of, but this Shadow Isles Slide requires precise timing for EVERY auto attack, changes timing when you buy attack speed items and level up, any changes in ping can throw off the timing, needs auto attack toggled on to perform consistently which means if you mistime it you start just WALKING and do no damage at all and lose your mobility until you input another attack command and get back into the rhythm of the slide AND this is all on a champion who has 2 buttons when alone and sometimes still 2 buttons when not alone. She is easily in the top 3 of hardest champions to master in the game just in terms of mechanics alone. The sheer difference of gameplay from when I had 20 games on Kalista and didn't know any of this tech to where I'm at after practicing it and getting mediocre, not even good, just mediocre, is like the difference between night and day.
